Before starting, all students (kids and adults) take a trial class, where our instructors assess their speaking skills. Based on this, they are placed in one of the six CEFR-based levels:
• Pioneers (A1) – Beginner
• Rising Stars (A2) – Elementary
• Explorers (B1) – Intermediate
• Navigators (B2) – Upper-Intermediate
• Masters (C1) – Advanced
• Legends (C2) – Proficiency
Yes! Placement is based on proficiency, not age. A child with a strong command of English may be placed in a higher level, while an adult who is just starting may begin at a lower level.
Each lesson is 25 minutes long, ensuring an optimal balance between engagement and learning effectiveness.

Yes, but only for classes that have not yet been taken. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will receive a refund for the remaining lessons in your package.

Yes! If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription and resume later without losing your remaining lessons.
