At ZEATalk, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that schedules change and learning needs evolve. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

  1. Unused Lessons

Refunds are available for lessons that have not yet been taken. To request a refund, please contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.

 

  1. Missed Classes

Refunds will not be issued for missed classes without prior notice.

  1. Trial Lessons
